  5. This archive contains the Ranma 1/2 Anime cartoon's title song and it's
  6. lyrics for you to enjoy.  Also included is Richard Lee Stockton's "Sound"
  7. program for play this compressed sample.  The entire sample measure for about
  8. 3 minutes and 25 seconds.

  10. "Anime" is generally defined as Japanese style cartoons.  One of the anime that
  11. you may be familiar with might be Robotech cartoons that air few years ago.

  18. Cal-Animage is UCSD's Japanese Animation club.  We hold weekly showings Tuesday
  19. nights from [ 7:30pm to 10pm ], using the projection television in 
  20. [ Solis Hall 107 ], on the [ Third College ] campus.  Admission is free.  Becoming
  21. a member of the club (you don't have to be a UCSD student) subscribes you to our
  22. biweekly newsletter, which outlines what we show, synopsizes the programs which
  23. are not subtitled, and provides other interesting information.  Members also
  24. entered in prize drawing held during each weekly show, admission to our
  25. free-form Thursday shows and members-only events, such as the barbecue we'll
  26. be having later this quarter, and sundry other benefits.  Membership is $20 per
  27. calendar year.
